#70 Keep a Food Diary (In Progress)
With the purchase of my cell phone upgrade to an iphone, I came across this app. My Fitness Pal has been a great help in my effort to keep a food diary.
Instead of keeping a physical written journal of what I'm eating, I just type it into this app and it calculates the calories for me. Also it takes my measurements and my goal weight, and configures a daily calorie intake customized for me.
So far, with the start of my 101 in 1001, I have lost 9lbs and tracked my eating habits since April 1st.
